Jørgen Oland Drafed to Portland Timbers (MLS)

Jørgen was one of FOUR Scandinavians that were selected in the Major League Soccer Draft for 2020.

After a stellar college career at Fordham University, the Portland Timbers selected the Norwegian defender. He now will head to the west coast for pre-season and look to earn a contract.

There are many international students using college soccer and other college sports as a platform to the next level of competition. Jørgen leaves Fordham with a great degree and a chance at playing the sport he loves professionally.
