We are thrilled to announce the Scandinavian Men’s Soccer Showcase. The Scandinavian Showcase is part of The Keystone Sports tour in December 2023, making it easier for US coaches to visit multiple countries in Europe to recruit players.

The Scandinavian Showcase is a three-day event, with the first two days (15th and 16th Dec) being played in Lillestrøm, Norway (MAP) and the last day (17th) in Gothenburg, Sweden (MAP). We have secured fantastic indoor venues used by Norwegian and Swedish top division teams.

Our Showcase is a great way for you to evaluate players from Norway, Sweden, and Denmark in 11v11 matches and meet in person the players (and parents) you are interested in recruiting. We expect to have 220+ players in attendance.

The level of players will range from the best Professional Academies, Premier League Reserve Team players, highest and second-highest U19 national levels, and the 3rd – 6th tier of men’s soccer in Scandinavia.

The Scandinavian Showcase Package

All coaches must purchase the Scandinavian Showcase package to attend. We have negotiated great rates for hotels, meals and travel, so this is close to an “all-inclusive” solution, making it the most cost-effective way to attend our showcase.

What is included:

• Three nights in hotel (Thursday to Sunday)
• Breakfast Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Lunch Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Dinner on Friday and Saturday
• Transportation between Showcase-hotels and venues
• Transportation from Norway to Sweden
• Entry to all showcase games (11v11)
• Player rosters prior to the event
• Networking with players and parents

Price per coach (with single room): $875 USD (+ 4% paypal fee)

Price per coach (sharing a double room): $700 USD (+ 4% paypal fee)

Coaches are responsible for booking their own flights.

Tip: check out the new Norwegian airline Norse Atlantic Airways – flying cheap, direct flights from New York, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, and Los Angeles to Oslo.

Showcase registration

Every coach wanting to attend must complete the Showcase Registration Form on THIS LINK.

Our showcases are well-attended by coaches,  players and parents, and there are a limited number of hotel rooms available. We recommend registering quickly to secure your spot.

Payment of the Showcase package can be done either via credit card, or via bank transfer.

A more detailed Coach Agenda will be provided upon registration.

Player rosters will be provided in the week leading up to the Showcase, when the teams are finalized.

Why recruit Scandinavian players?

• Our Showcase attracts high-end players but this is also an opportunity to get solid “squad players” for a smaller investment
• Government support (loans and grants – up to $30,000 per year) is available in all Scandinavian countries for students wanting to study in the US
• Scandinavians graduate high school the year they turn 19 so the level of maturity is generally high
• The Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish high school systems are of high quality – with students generally getting high GPAs when coming to the US
• Compared to other countries where English is the 2nd language, Scandinavians generally have high-level English proficiency
• The education system in Scandinavia is very compatible with NCAA core class requirements and NAIA requirements and no problems meeting eligibility standards for most

The Scandinavian Showcase is part of The Keystone Sports Tour, making it easier for US coaches to visit multiple countries in Europe to recruit players. Our clients participating in the Showcase Tours will be available to view via the Alliance Athletes App.
